This research seeks to explore the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) in the context of Joho Kediri, Indonesia, an area known for its cultural heritage and natural beauty. This study aims to use the power of BMC to enhance the tourism experience and make it sustainable, combining the interests of tourists, communities and the environment. The business model design process applied descriptive analysis and qualitative research design. The research data was collected through in-depth interviews, research and secondary research and data analysis using deductive, data presentation and inference techniques. By incorporating sustainability into their business model, tourism businesses can help preserve cultural heritage and the natural environment while providing a memorable and responsible travel experience.
