The number of informants in this study were 8 informants consisting of the Head of the Agriculture and Food Office of the City of Kediri, Agricultural Extension, KWT Representatives totaling 5 people and 1 village head representative. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is planned to be obtained by several methods, including direct interviews, observation methods or structured observations related to urban farming-based community empowerment in Kediri City, based on an interview guide that has been prepared. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from the Department of Agriculture and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Kediri City. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis using the Mills and Hubberman analysis model. The results of the research can be explained as follows: Community Empowerment in the City of Kediri related to Urban Farming involves 54 Women Farmer Groups (KWT), but only 18 KWTs remain active until 2022. The government's technical team assisted in coaching and mentoring, which led to the reappearance of 11 active KWTs who receive financial assistance of an average of 50 million rupiah from the P2L (Pekarangan Pangan Lestari) program which is allocated to help fund the P2L program implemented by the Women Farmer Group
